1. Who we are

The website webresenje.si is operated by WebRešenje, a web design and SEO studio registered in Serbia (Tax ID 115803024, Registration number 68647509), with its registered office at Karadjordjeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia. When this policy uses the words "we", "us" or "our", it refers to WebRešenje.

WebRešenje focuses on the Slovenian market but operates remotely from Serbia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website webresenje.si (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Because the Site specifically targets visitors in Slovenia, we carry out the processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), regardless of where the company is registered.

2. Data we collect

We deliberately limit data collection to what is strictly necessary. Depending on how you communicate with the Site, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide to us – name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, when you use the contact form, the free demo form, the free SEO review tool, or contact us by email, chat or WhatsApp.
• Project information – information you share about your business or project once we begin working together (e.g. during onboarding, preparation of a quote, or delivery of services).
• Website address – when you use the free SEO review tool, the address you enter is used exclusively to carry out an automated technical review of the publicly accessible homepage.
• Cookie data – small amounts of technical data stored in your browser, only for categories you have consented to. See our Cookie Policy for details.
• Basic technical data – standard server logs (e.g. IP address and browser type) automatically generated by most hosting infrastructure, used exclusively for the security and operation of the Site.

We do not collect payment card data on the Site – invoicing and payment take place through separate, direct channels agreed individually with each client.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Respond to inquiries sent via chat, email, WhatsApp, the contact form, the free demo form or the free SEO review tool.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and project plans.
• Deliver, invoice and support web design, SEO optimization, hosting and maintenance services once you become a client.
• Ensure the security and operation of the Site.
• Understand aggregate usage of the Site, but only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for purposes unrelated to running WebRešenje and delivering our services.

4. Legal basis for processing

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) – for optional cookies (analytics, marketing, preferences) and for handling data submitted via the contact form, demo form and SEO review tool, where consent is obtained through an explicit confirmation checkbox.
• Contract / pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)) – for data needed to prepare a quote at your request, or to deliver a service you have engaged us for.
• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) – for basic technical and security logging.
• Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) – where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. invoices) for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site displays a cookie consent banner on your first visit. No analytics or marketing cookie is installed until you actively allow it – this is enforced technically through Google Consent Mode v2, which by default denies the storage of analytics and advertising data. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Refusing or withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as granting it.

6. Contact form handling

When you submit the contact form, the free demo form, or the free SEO review tool on the Site, the data you enter is securely transmitted to our internal inquiry management system, where it is stored as an inquiry record ("lead") and assigned to our team for handling. Our team automatically receives an email notification when a new inquiry arrives, so we can respond quickly.

Every form contains a hidden field to protect against automated (spam) submissions; this field is invisible to you and does not affect you. In addition, every form can only be submitted once you explicitly confirm the checkbox agreeing to this Privacy Policy. Data from forms is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, should you become a client, to continue our collaboration – see Data retention for retention periods.

7. Email, WhatsApp and phone

We communicate with prospective and existing clients via email, WhatsApp, phone, and the "Get in touch" button on the Site (which itself simply links to email, WhatsApp and the phone number). Please note:

• Email is processed through our email provider in accordance with this policy.
• WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of the Meta group). Messages you send us via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it is a platform outside our control.

Contact details you send us through these channels are used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to deliver the services you have requested.

8. International data transfers

Because WebRešenje operates from Serbia, the personal data we collect on the Site is also processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Serbia currently does not have a European Commission adequacy decision on data protection, which means that such a data transfer formally requires additional safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses between us and data processors).

We disclose this transparently: we apply the same diligence and security measures to your data as we would within the EU, and the scope of processing is deliberately limited to what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver the agreed services. 9. Data retention

• General inquiries that do not lead to a project are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
• Client and project data is retained for the duration of our collaboration, plus a reasonable period afterward for support purposes and legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 10 years for financial records, in line with standard accounting requirements).
• Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser until you clear your browser data or change your preference.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already lawfully taken place.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Slovenia, this is the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec Republike Slovenije), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

11. Third-party services

We deliberately limit our reliance on third parties. Currently:

• Google Fonts – the Site loads the "Space Grotesk" and "Inter" typefaces directly from Google's font servers. This may transmit your IP address to Google when the page loads, independently of your cookie choice, as it is part of loading the page itself rather than a cookie. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp – see Email, WhatsApp and phone above.

Google Analytics 4 – we use GA4 to understand aggregate visits to the Site and improve it. The script loads exclusively after you allow the "Analytics" category in the cookie banner; until then, no analytics cookie is installed and no data is sent to Google. See our Cookie Policy for details. We currently do not use Meta Pixel or any other marketing or advertising tool.

12. Data security

We use industry-standard hosting and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including restricting access to client data to only those who need it to deliver our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk as low as possible.

13. Children's privacy

WebRešenje is a professional service aimed at business owners and decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we do business or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
