Terms and Conditions

1. Provider details

Services on the website webresenje.si are provided by WebRešenje, a web design and SEO studio registered in Serbia (Tax ID 115803024, Registration number 68647509), with its registered office at Karadjordjeva 58, 26000 Pančevo, Serbia. WebRešenje focuses on working with businesses and individuals operating in Slovenia.

2. Scope of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to every order, quote and engagement between WebRešenje and a client relating to web design, SEO optimization, hosting, maintenance and related services. By confirming a quote, paying a deposit, or starting a collaboration, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms.

3. Services

WebRešenje offers web design (Biznis Start, Biznis Pro, Biznis Premium and Biznis Flex packages), custom SEO optimization, and monthly maintenance (hosting, SSL certificate, backups and technical support). The exact scope of each service is defined in the individual quote or on the Prices page.

4. Offer and engagement

A collaboration is formed when the client confirms a quote (in writing, by email, or through another clearly agreed action) and, where agreed, pays a deposit or the first monthly instalment. For standard packages (Biznis Start, Biznis Pro), an agreed deposit is typically required before work begins; for the Biznis Flex package, payment is made monthly from the start of the collaboration.

5. Client obligations

The client is required to provide, in a timely manner, the text, photos, logo and other materials needed to build the website, and to give feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend the agreed build timelines.

6. Prices, payment and invoicing

• All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and listed on the Prices page or in the individual quote.
• The domain is not included in the price of any package and is billed separately at the applicable rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific quote.
• For the Biznis Flex package, the website build is included in the monthly price; the minimum collaboration term is 12 months.
• Monthly maintenance (for the Biznis Start, Biznis Pro and Biznis Premium packages) is billed separately from the one-time build price.
• Payments are made according to the agreed method and within the agreed timeframe stated on the issued invoice.

7. Timelines, changes and acceptance

Indicative build timelines are stated in the quote and depend on the timely delivery of materials and feedback from the client. The proposed design direction goes through client approval before work progresses to the next phase. Changes beyond the agreed scope after design approval are treated as additional work and are billed separately, by prior agreement.

8. Right of withdrawal

If the client, as a consumer, enters into a distance contract (e.g. via an online form or email), they generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Because building a website is a service customized to the individual client, which begins at the client's explicit request before the withdrawal period expires, by confirming the start of the build the client agrees that they may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent the service has already been performed, in line with applicable exceptions for digital and customized services. For business-to-business (B2B) relationships, the right of withdrawal under consumer law generally does not apply.

9. Hosting, domains and third-party services

Hosting, SSL certificates and similar third-party services are provided as part of monthly maintenance or the Biznis Flex package, as described on the Prices page. Domain registration and renewal are not included in the price of any package, unless explicitly agreed.

10. SEO, performance and results

SEO optimization improves the technical and content conditions for better search engine visibility, but WebRešenje cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control (e.g. search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions). The same applies to the free SEO review on the Free SEO Review page, which represents a quick, automated insight into a handful of basic signals and not a complete, manual SEO analysis.

11. Copyright and materials

Upon full payment of the agreed price, the rights to use the finished website transfer to the client, except for any third-party components (e.g. licenses for templates, fonts or images), which remain subject to the terms of their original providers. WebRešenje reserves the right to feature the completed project in its portfolio, unless the client explicitly objects.

12. Complaints and support

Any comments regarding completed work should be communicated by the client as soon as possible after delivery, by email or via the contact form. Support under monthly maintenance covers technical issues related to hosting, security and site operation – it does not cover new features or content changes outside the agreed scope.

13. Termination and ending collaboration

The Biznis Flex package and any active introductory promotional offer carry a minimum collaboration term of 12 months; early termination is possible by agreement and may include settling remaining obligations. For monthly maintenance on standard packages, the notice period stated in the individual quote applies.

14. Liability

WebRešenje is liable for the diligent and professional delivery of the agreed services. WebRešenje is not liable for damage arising from external factors beyond its control (e.g. outages of third-party hosting infrastructure, changes to search engine algorithms, client actions contrary to our recommendations).

15. Data protection

The processing of personal data in the course of our collaboration is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

Both parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. For consumers based in Slovenia, the mandatory provisions of Slovenian and European consumer protection law apply, regardless of any differing agreement on governing law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. For ongoing collaborations, the Terms in force at the time the agreement was made apply, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
